According to Allen, 61, he followed the footprints and saw a dark form beneath a tree before he opened his eyes, and that’s when he “very sure” shouted. In my opinion, Elsa was able to hear me down the mountain.

The dogs put their heads in their owners’ hands while being petted, Gaul said. I’ve never tasted a better thing in my life. Allen described the dog as “awesome. According to the Facebook post, Allen and Gaule put Russ on a sled.

California authorities suspect a father-and-son team for setting the Caldor Fire. This guy is here,” we said. After that, where do we go now? KOVR quotes Gaule as saying,

“We didn’t really think about it. When I looked across to Leona, I said, ‘How do you feel about going down on a snowmobile with him on your lap ?

According to Gaul, the sleigh ride came to a sudden halt when everyone on board slid and capsized. Allen told the Chronicle, “We were laughing so hard, because the dog was still alive, but we were also laughing at our circumstance.

Tobogganing in the moonlight

Tobogganing in the moonlight was what Elsa referred to as “tobogganing. That makes it seem more romantic than it really is. In a statement, Allen added that Russ was in excellent condition and that he had been reunited with his family in Riverside County within days.

After being reached by Furry Friends, the dog’s owner was overjoyed to learn that his pup was still alive. This is what we’re supposed to do as a rescue group,” Allen said in a statement.

“I’ve been involved in several gruelling rescues, but this one ranks among the most difficult. As soon as baby opened his eyes and raised his head, I felt an incredible sense of excitement and ecstasy. This is one more person who gets to enjoy a life of happiness and security.
